An Ice Cream Kickoff to 2024!

Once again we kicked off the New Year in our favorite way, an Ice Cream Social at the Ice Cream Cone!

We look forward to this annual event because it’s such a great way to reconnect with our friends at the Ice Cream Cone and see all of our community supporters who stop by for a cool treat! And who doesn’t love ice cream?

After last years event, one of our Rays was hired part time at the Ice Cream Cone and the Rays have loved stopping by to see our buddy Kris..and enjoy a cone of course :)

It’s also always fun to spend time with the teens who staff the shop, several of whom are past or current Pockets volunteers.

Thank you Pete for another fun day scooping up fun and community connections, the perfect way to set the tone for another bright year!
